The People Team are the heart of Wheelhouse.Your primary role will be to ensure every single rider, new and veteran, has an incredible experience. This is a part-time position with a minimum of two shifts per week.
Responsibilities:
Ensure each rider has an incredible customer experience
Make new riders feel comfortable and set them up for success for their first ride
Develop relationships with new and veteran riders
Keep the studio clean and organized
Live the Wheelhouse culture and values
Develop a keen eye on ways to enhance the customer experience

EVENT COORDINATOR
[REGINA]
We are looking for a part-time Event Coordinator to help us execute against an ambitious schedule of in-studio and outdoor events in 2024.
Responsibilities:
Develop a rolling 3-month calendar of engaging community events. This includes events like The Wheel Mile at QCM, The Rooftop Ride, and other outdoor events.
End-to-end event planning, including strategy, budgeting, organizing, and day of execution.
Plan and manage in-studio competitions (Beatdown, Wheel Madness, etc)
