Falon’s rides are ALL IN. Driven by dance and electronic music, her classes are high-energy, immersive, and fully to the beat. She brings intensity, focus, and a rhythm-forward experience that pulls you out of your head and into the music. Expect to work hard, lock into the beat, and feel accomplished the moment you clip out, because the hardest part is simply showing up.
Music has always been non-negotiable for Falon (even back when her first car cut out the radio if the headlights were on, priorities!). She’s currently deep in the “all my money goes to kids’ sports and activities” era and treasures slow, sport-free Sunday mornings with coffee nearby, especially in the summer. Guided by the belief that love can be fleeting or lifelong, and sometimes both, Falon lives by one simple truth: be yourself, the right people are going to love you.
