Born in Germany and currently in a season of transition, Des believes growth starts from within. Her guiding mindset -you vs you and you are your biggest investment - shows up in how she rides and how she lives. When she’s not in The Vault, you’ll find her with a coffee on the deck, deep into a Netflix binge. Her message to new riders is simple and honest: yes, you might feel nervous, but you’ll leave feeling good, come back for more, and gain a whole community that wants to see you thrive.
