"I had a really cool moment yesterday at Level 10 - I personally haven't gone in four months and I've been lacking motivation etc. and tried just going to the gym on my own. I have worked out there for the last four years, but I took a step back and a little extended break. The feeling of getting back into the space and workouts with the team was soooo motivating. Everyone was in it together pushing each other and cheering you on and it really made me appreciate group fitness. I just felt like everyone had my back as opposed to how I've felt leaving the gym after a solo workout. It just doesn't appeal to me. I love the sense of community and connections group fitness creates." ~Courtlyn F.
"I absolutely love these sweat dates. It's such an empowering feeling to come together with a number of the wheelhouse staff and sweat it out as a team. It's pretty clear we are all very passionate about spin, but to see us all come together and push ourselves to NEW and DIFFERENT limits really shows how passionate we are about fitness. I love it!!! I also love running into our riders out in the fitness community. It's such an amazing way to connect. I showed up to November Project and there were so many familiar faces that I usually see in our studio. It's amazing to be able to see them outside of that atmosphere and see how fitness is also something that is very important to them. I loved watching our riders crush it off the bike.
